You will�want to make time to enjoy this one! A wonderful blend of�eight herbs and spices that can make a delectable cheese ball, a cheese spread or herb butter.

Onion, Garlic, Pepper, Thyme, Oregano, Dill, Rosemary, Basil
No MSG, No Chemicals, No Preservatives, No Salt, Gluten-Free

Yields�3 Batches
(1 Batch= 2 Cups of Product)�

Combine all ingredients with a food processor or electric mixer. Wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours. (The flavor gets better over time). Form into one or two logs or balls and roll into chopped walnuts or pecans, and/or chopped fresh parsley, or freshly cracked peppercorns. Serve with crackers or melba rounds.
This herb cheese is also delicious without a topping. After mixing, just place in an appropriate serving container and refrigerate until serving time.
Prepare Cheese Spread using the same directions as above. Herb Butter Bring one stick of butter to room temperature and blend 1 Tsp. (or more) of IT?S ABOUT THYME! to the softened butter. Refrigerate until firm. Use to saut� fish, chicken, or to make garlic herb bread.��
