Cajun seasoning at its best! A perfect blend of vegetables and spices that enhance seafood, soups, and also makes a wonderful seafood sauce.

Onion, Garlic, Green and Red Peppers, Paprika, Pepper, Cayenne, Chili Powder and Oregano.

Yields 3 Batches
(1 Batch= 2 Cups of Product)
Blend one cup catsup with 3 tablespoons CRAVIN? CREOLE Mix. Stir and refrigerate for at least an hour. Use as a dip for all seafood.�
Pour above Seafood Sauce over 8 oz. cream cheese. Top with shrimp or crab. Serve with crackers.
Halve an avocado. Place on lettuce leaf. Drizzle with Seafood Sauce. Top with crab or shrimp.
Dip your clean fish or boneless chicken breast into 1 to 2 Tbs. dry CRAVIN? CAJUN Mix. After coating, saut� in a small amount of oil until done.
Place 1 Tbs. oil in a frying pan. Heat to med-high. Add 1 lb. Shrimp, shelled or unshelled. Sprinkle with 1 Tbs. dry CRAVIN? CAJUN. Stir-fry until shrimp turns pink. Serve hot or cold with Spicy Seafood Sauce.
Place 1 Tbs. oil in a non-stick skillet. Heat to med-high. Add 1 Tbs. CRAVIN? CAJUN Mix and one cup uncooked white rice. Saut� until rice is browned. Add 2 cups beef or chicken broth and an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover, turn heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

NOTE: Place contents of package into a clean jar. Shake well. It is important to mix up the spices before making each recipe. Store remaining dry mix in a cool, dry place.
